Client: Duke of Richmond Hotel Task: Design and fit open plan kitchen After the Duke was purchased by The Red Carnation group in 2011, they embarked on a ambitious refurbishment project to bring the hotel into the 22nd century. Sidlocks was tasked with designing and installing the open kitchen in the main conservatory restaurant.
