Sidlocks is Guernsey’s only independent wholesale catering supplier. Based in the Pitronnerie Complex, St Peter Port we have been trading for over 25 years and stock the largest range of china, glassware, paper products, cleaning materials, commercial catering equipment and disposables on the Island. Whether it’s a small family dinner party, or a complete commercial kitchen we are the one stop shop for all your catering needs.

Sidlocks are main agents in the Channel Islands for many of the worlds leading commercial catering manufactures including Falcon Foodservice, Parry catering, Williams refrigeration, Hubbard Ice Systems, DPS tableware, Osborne Refrigeration and Instanta water boilers, to name a few. Sidlocks has designed and installed the kitchens and bars of many of Guernsey’s most prestigious hotels and restaurants including The Duke of Richmond, Urban Kitchen, The Old Government House Hotel, The Crows Nest, and The Café at Earlswood Garden Centre as a few examples. We also designed and installed the new training kitchens at the Guernsey College of Further Education.

Commercial Kitchen Design & Fit

Sidlocks offer a complete design and fit out service for any commercial catering operation. From basic architect plans supplied by the client our experienced design team will work with you to provide the perfect solution.

After the initial design is agreed, we will supply you with a 3D CAD mock up of the kitchen so you can get a true feel of what the finished design would look like, and how the kitchen would flow. We can use our expertise for bar or café design as well.

Sidlocks has its own in-house engineering department to repair and service a wide range of catering equipment. Trained by the manufactures in the UK, our engineering department have all the skills necessary to keep your operation running smoothly, we also carry a huge range of spare parts for most eventualities, minimising valuable downtime and maximising profits.
